Buying and selling assistance

Submitting an inquiry is a request for assistance. Matching depends on location, participating professional availability, verification, and the authorization steps shown in the form. A request does not guarantee an agent, appointment, transaction, or outcome.

Professional subscriptions

Realtor subscription prices and maximum allowances are displayed on the pricing section. These are separate from homeowner inquiry tools. Lead volume and timing are not guaranteed.

The annual license is $349 USD, paid at signup and renewed yearly while the subscription continues. The annual license fee is non-refundable, except where required by law. It includes the first month of service. Basic service is $89 USD per month or Pro service is $149 USD per month, beginning one calendar month after successful signup.

You may cancel monthly service to stop future monthly renewals. Cancellation does not refund or prorate the annual license already paid. Canceling service also stops future annual license renewal. Access ends when the paid service period ends. Worked or closed lead history and account records are retained; cancellation itself does not return those leads to the distribution pool. Existing contact permissions, follow-up requirements and administrator-approved return policies still apply. Paying a license does not establish a right to contact someone without the required permissions.
